Anyone who doesn’t listen to this lot is a bum ! It of course also took me to John Farnham’s all time best You’re the Voice. I have the LP. Now playing on my new machine I mentioned a while back which is now complete with its own woofer and speakers and it’s a blast. Been playing an old but timeless Greek singing/dancing music LP from the 60s. The old LPs have stood the test of time well and come over better on my new gear than they did on the old one (which at the time I thought was excellent).

I’m looking to buy one of these new fangled record players so I can digitise my old records. Perhaps play them out of the puter as well. These were liked before. And the cover well one of my faves as well.

About $130 at Dick Smith but it has no speakers. So if you want to play it as a player as well extra expense for speakers. Plays through computer too. Does the lot. Excellent thing to have Algy. I noted below that it was a repeat list (‘was indeed a goody’).

Always is at this time of the year vivienne, I go through the old list a see which ones get the most comments positive and negative. Tends to mean a few lists as a result and makes it a bit easier for me over the summer. I may have started early this year though. I’ve seen these players in Myer as well.
