Algy !!!!! Valerie – Mark Ronson feat. Amy Winehouse – and the Winettes .
Man that was fantastic. I have to admit a fondness for the late great Amy – but five or six more Amys – man that was amazing !
And what a band – strings, brass, great drumming, it had the works ! Yay !!!

Yes I liked it Therese. She was a great talent, she was one that opened my eyes to a whole new generation of singers.
Bit like the Ike and Tina Turner tune, pure energy especially with the Ikettes.

What a cheer up too. This is a bit of a fun list. I admit I got distracted and maybe listened to more Bruce Springsteen (than a demure gal ought lol).
But that’s the entire point. That’s rock’n’roll. Fabulous. The Ramones aint half sassy musicians. Remembering I came to rock majorly through community radio at the grand ole age of 43 and discovered Dragon, first I think via discovering there was hip hop I liked so I might like Dragon.
Get outa here. I really enjoyed I Fought The Law. Funny as we go through our lives we re-define over and over the meaning of something to us. It’s brilliant.
Thanks algy. I had to turned up to top volume too. My ISP sorted my internet today so I’m celebrating.
Shoe.

Shoe, one can never have enough of Bruces dulcet tones.
The punk ones are a lot of fun and of course I’m a Clash fan. And the Ramones never took themselves too seriously.
