Great theme. Some new ones there for me to listen to (still damp, cold and miserable here). I have Kraftwerk’s Tour de France.

Bastille Day and the tour, Its a given that this would have been the theme this week. A mash of previous I know, but nice to bring them back. Its only the mornings here. We were in the city yesterday an we could have been in shirt sleeves. Netball this afternoon will be similar.

Hmmm, did Kraftwerk do two Tour de France. The CD is in hubby’s car and not handy but I am sure the tune is completely different as well as any words. It was like AutoBahn (bahn, bahn bahn, autobahn). It has 1983 on the album above but am sure I bought a brand new one in early 2000s.
We expect to see some sun tomorrow if our forecast is right. It has peeped through a bit right now but cold wind negates it.

There are actually four versions of “Tour de France” vivienne. This version is in French.
Another nice day here, yesterday was windy but not that cold.

Madness were a good band. Can’t remember the name of another band at the time that did Message to Rudi, loved it.

They toured Australia once, saw them in Coffs Harbour of all places. The Specials are the band your thinking of HOO.
