I do like the calm commentary.
My daughter-in-law’s Border collie would have beaten them, paws down. She could smell food (even if it was road kill, well aged) from a kilometre away.

We used to have a Border Collie called Lucky. She failed Farm 1 because she was essentially clueless so we city folks inherited her from the in-laws.
Lucky ran a close second in the school fete dog food eating comp – to a Labrador – which as everyone knows is a garbage bin on four legs.
