Anyone know how to save Windows Movie-maker projects as wmv or mpeg files?
I’ve made a nice little movie with my latest blues efforts as a soundtrack which fits just perfectly, and I can’t save it to my hard disk so I can share it with you all… otherwise it WILL have to be a bodgy job…

“I never felt more like singing the blues”, “cause I never thought I would ever lose your looovvving”.
This is the one my grandkids will be haunted by for the rest of their lives. I used to sing it to them when they were toddlers.

I’m sure there’s one there that no one knows. And it’s really interesting. Hope you enjoy.

You must be referring to ‘Excellent Horse-like Lady’ by the Bonchoho Electric Music Band… You’re quite right, Algae… never heard of ’em, but on your recommendation, I’m gonna give ’em a listen right now! Let you know what I think in a few minutes…

Well… ‘interesting’ is an accurate description…

I put it there hoping that Jules might comment or if anyone would notice. The lead singer is the squeeze of the great leader. She has many great hits like Footsteps of Soldiers, I love Pyongyang, She is a Discharged Soldier and We are troops of the party. Did you notice it had 281000 hits! Yes “interesting” does seem apt, doesn’t it.

Whiter shades of pale…I love title so I’ll listen to that one first…Moody Blues, Pink Floyd, Mike Oldfield after that…
Many thanks Alge for our weekend enjoyment.

I threw a little one in there for Jules, the little surprise. Thank you for your kind words, Helvi.

Nice album cover… musta been the same dude who did ‘Yessongs’… An excellent list, Therese… nice to see Emerson Lake and Palmer as well as King Crimson represented, too! Looking forward to playing my way through these over the weekend!
BTW, are you still interested in another musical post from yours truly? You see, I’ve been working on this little blues number called ‘Down to the Station’ and am finally getting the hang of it. It may give you all some indication of my progress with the blues to date… Although it’s true I’m no Jimi yet, and Clapton has little to fear from me in the way of competition, but I’m quite proud of this little tune as it contains some really quite tricky little riffs… and some of them are stacked several deep one on top of the other! Anyway… long and short: I’ve recorded a coupla practise versions and would happily post the best of ’em over the weekend if you like. I’m also hoping it may stir Hung’s interest in getting back into music too…

Actually my list, Asty, Therese, just does a great job posting them for me each week. And yes the picture is from Yessongs. the image that says prog rock for me.
Enjoy the list, some interesting surprises there as well.

Looks like the boss is on ‘oliday… I’ll post a recording I made anyway, but it may be a day or two away; at the moment I’m trying to marry it up to some nice video footage, but I don’t have the software to splice ’em together… it may have to be a bodge-job…

Well… I finally figured out what to do with what software… should be able to post it sometime tomorrow; too late tonight and there’s still some ‘tweaking’ and ‘polishing’ I need to do…
