Gerard Henderson commented on Venezuelan economy at ABC Insiders this morning: “..Chave’s presided over disastrous economic outcomes .. bla bla..”
But he didn’t say for whom!
It was disastrous for the USA multinational corporations.

With that insipid ” cowering please don’t hit me” look he seems to have. I see that Chavez lifted the poor out of poverty using the nations oil wealth. Norway has a wealth fund with its oil and the whole country benefits.
