I can really recommend this track by track. I felt it as almost physical pain sometimes, I found so much beauty in the tracks and the presentation..

I couldn’t wait so I trekked back and forth to the computer, I listened to everything thoroughly, severally, they are so very interesting up to the 2 Changes … and I listened to a little of both Changes to get a plan going for tomorrow.
Mirouze and Gainsbourg back to back are so delightful. Your Elvis dance clip sure did not disappoint. I gathered from something I read somewhere that was rehearsal. The Bobbie Freeman dancers have to be as top class as they come gee willickers.

I loved the Bobby Freeman dancers, I’m glad you picked that up. And the two French tunes were a delight. Charles Bradley covered the Black Sabbath and didn’t disappoint. And Elvis well they aren’t Elvis without the dance.

I tried to go out long and listen to both the Changes severally. Too much, the drama especially the arrangement of the Charles Bradley, so passionate. Great foil the Joplin and Jones to listen to and watch twice. Donny Hathaway getting lost at 33 is screamable, unbearable. The World is a Ghetto has a cross fusion intro/prologue of surely almost every number from the musical Hair. It is however of itself the loveliest work imaginable. Eric Burdon so knows what he is doing.
You know what you’re doing putting on a gig like this one, Algy. It’s got plenty of lyricism, emotion, soul, head banging supported by great drama. Track by track, nothing disappointed. Honestly, incredible.

Lesser known tunes by some is what I’d describe many of them.
