I’m not a great fan of rap, but it was a big part of 1990 and the MC Hammer tune is a good one.

There was a piece in the Guardian about Sinead chucking a total muzzie conversion, replete with songs from the Arabic Canon (aka that spiritual manual what shall remain nameless).
I love Linda Ronstadt, but that photo could use a lot of updating 🙂
Love Shack ! Saw the B52s at the Enmore a while back. One of the ladies was having an emotional moment due to some unresolved issues about one of the blokes passing away. The blonde one had to do all the heavy lifting for most of the gig.
Many here that I need to brush up on. Thanks, our dear Algy.

My faves are the first and last here. The Oils of course, one of the early bands I saw and Depeche Mode, who were New Wave in the early 80’s then morphed into electronica.. Much to like.
I was looking for bad fashion or hair from 1990 the I found that one, borrowed from a “Gentlemans” magazine that one would only read for the articles. Sums him up perfectly.
